FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.    I registered for the Premium Edition by Paypal.  When will my subscription start?

Answer:  The Premium Edition is a bi-weekly newsletter.  When you use Paypal to register, you will receive an e-mail receipt.  This is your confirmation.  You will be registered to receive the next issue after your registration date.

2.    What e-mail address will my subscription be sent to?

Answer:    The newsletter will be sent to the e-mail address that we receive from your registration.  If you use Paypal, we will use the registered address from Paypal (Paypal ID).

3.    How can I change the e-mail address that the newsletter is being sent to?

Answer:    To make changes to your subscription, please e-mail us here with the current address and the new address that you would like the subscription sent to.

4.    I have registered for the newsletter and my subscription seems to have ended, even though my 12 months is not complete.  How do I check on this?

Answer:    Please check your spam filter settings to make sure that all e-mail addresses @absolutewrite.com and @zinester.com are allowed through.  If you are still not receiving the newsletter please e-mail us here .

5.    I do not want to miss an issue.  How will I know when my subscription is close to expiring?

Answer:    You will receive a notice 1 month prior to your subscription ending.  The notice will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

6.   Will you share my contact information with other companies?

Answer:   Never, no way, not at all.  We respect our writers' privacy and won't ever share or sell your contact information.  And there are no ads in the premium edition... just loads of writing opportunities.
